How to realize Oneness with the Divine?

What I really want to talk about today is the love of God which is present inside of you. The gift that God has given you. This love is without limit. This love is without any condition. This love is free from any expectation. We are all bound to the truth that we are children of God. In all religions, wherever you go across the earth, whatever tradition it may be, they will all tell you that God is love. And that love is God. We all talk about God, but we don’t know God. We don’t have an image of Him. Of course, there are different aspects of Divinity. But one thing that we can do is to feel God. That’s how we can know that He is with us all the time. To feel Him continuously, to enjoy Him at every moment, we have to become a part of Him. We have to realize this unity. Firstly, the unity starts with our mind uniting with our heart, then with our body. When the body, mind and soul unite together, you’ll experience the Divine without any limitation. Actually, this is the main aim of man- to realize this Oneness with the Divine. When you realize it, you become divine. The question is, “How to do that?” There are many ways to realize the Divinity within oneself, like there are many rivers that flow to the same ocean. The main thing is to find the simplest form. The simpler it is the more you feel free in whatever path, in whatever way you are. That is the best way. I can’t tell you this way you will realize God and that way you will not realize God. God is sitting deep inside the heart of men and you just need to focus your mind on your heart. Try your best at all times to feel Him. The best way is to start loving, without thinking about it, without asking the question, “How to love?” Train your mind to focus on God. Train your mind to focus on yourself. By focusing, take any divine name, take any divine aspect. Keep chanting the name. Then you realize that you have become one with this name.
