Sri Swami Vishwananda: We can’t know God, but we can know our Selves. By knowing our Selves, we will know God. We will realise Him and we will realise the great joy and peace that He brings.
But for that we have to withdraw our mind. We have to put away all negativity that stops us. The first step is to love. We love everybody. We love friends. We love our husband or wife, but very often this love doesn’t last long. It starts and at the beginning you have great joy and then it fades after sometime. It fades, because it is not the real Love. It is not that for which you have come here.
You have come here to realise this Love, this eternal Love that you have inside you.
