How to realise God?

Sri Swami Vishwananda: When the body, mind and soul are united together, you will experience the Divine without any limitation.
Actually, this is the main aim of man: to realise his oneness with the Divine.
When you realise it, you become Divine.
The question is, “How to do that?”
There are many ways to realise the Divinity within one’s self, like there are many rivers that flow to the same ocean.
The main thing is to find the more simple form.
The more simple it is, the more you feel free in whatever path, in whatever way you are.
That is the best way.
I can’t tell you that in this way you will realise God and in that way, you will not realise God.
God is sitting deep inside the heart of man and you just need to focus your mind on your heart.
