Please note that this Blog does not focus on dates, background and the exact original way of how Swamiji delivered the speech. We edit the talks slightly, presenting them in a kind of “poetic” format. This means we choose certain paragraphs from a talk which reflect a particular theme.
Read them as pieces of Divine Wisdom, meditate upon the words and just feel how Swamiji is addressing you with His words.

We are not apart from God

Sri Swami Vishwananda: Whenever we pray, we pray towards the outside.
We say that God is there and we are apart from Him.
We should really stop separating the Divine from us.
It doesn’t matter in which way you are praying, but if you talk with God, you talk with your true Self inside of you, so do it from here [Swami points to his heart].
