We edit the talks slightly, presenting them in a kind of “poetic” format. This means we choose certain paragraphs from a talk which reflect a particular theme.

Swami Vishwananda talks about Yearning for God

Sri Swami Vishwananda says: "So, how to yearn for God? How to become restless for God? It’s to continuously beg Him. To continuously harass Him, by calling His name continuously...to develop such yearning, one has to let go. If you attach yourself to this world, do you think you will be able to yearn for God? You can't! People who are attached to the material world, can't yearn for God. To realize God, you have to be detached from the world."
