Only when one develops Love as Radha one will attain Him
Here an excerpt of Sri Swami Vishwananda's Speech from the Darshan on February 12th 2010.
Sri Swami Vishwananda: Jai Gurudev! (audience: Jai Gurudev!)
Two days ago we celebrated Shivaratri, the night of Shiva.
Today, in the west,
they celebrate Saint Valentine’s Day, no? (Swami and people laughing)
It’s the day, where all the people who love - not only lovers - but Love in general, they express themselves, to say “I love you” or whatever.
But - we we have been singing “Radhe, Radhe”, no?
Radhe is Love itself.
As mentioned in the Gita:
“Only when one develops Love as Radha has for Her Beloved… one will attain the Beloved.”
Which means, like I have said, only when one develops the
ultimate Love for God, one will reach the Divine.
And here the Bhajan 'Jai Radha Madhava, Jai Kunja Bihari' by Jagjit Singh
