Here is an excerpt from Sri Swami Vishwananda's Speech before the Darshan in Finland on the 8th August 2009.
Sri Swami Vishwananda:
We do Nama-smarana. I guess this will be much easier for you. Just repeating and reciting the Divine name.
We just chant ‘Ram Ram Ram Sita’ ‘Ram Ram Ram Sita’ (Devotees: Ram Ram Ram Sita)
You know when you sing let it come from deep within you. Not just outside.
This is the power of sound. And to make it more powerful, it has to emerge from deep within. That’s why when you say Om, you don’t just say Om, otherwise there is no vibration into it.
When you chant Om, you chant from deep within you, from the cosmos that you have inside; the micro-cosmos that you have inside of you.
That’s what the Vedas said.
The Vedas talk about the micro-cosmos which is deep within human, where the Divine is seated all the time.
Watch here our beautiful Sadguruji Singing for Narayana.
This was the first video that i saw of Gurudev and it just brought tears into my eyes. I could not stop to listen to this wonderful music and to dance in my room..... Narayan Narayan Jai Jai Gopala Hare... Enjoy this music full of love and get drunk by the Divine name. :-)
