Swami Vishwananda talks about Suffering

Sri Swami Vishwananda says "To those of you who know suffering and pain, know that you are not alone. God, the Divine Self, is within you. When your heart is troubled and you do not know which way to turn, go within. The Divine spark is in all of us equally but only those who realise it, are awakened. When the realisation comes, the veil drops away. God is always there, like the sun shining through a curtain. Open the curtain and let the light of God shine in. With God walking beside you, no matter how many times you stumble and fall, you will be able to pick yourself up and walk with your head held high once more.
